Premieutdeling: ca 30 minutter etter siste løp

Premier til topp 4 i hver klasse (rosetter, fôr og/eller annet).

Prize ceremony: app. 30 minutes after the last run of the day

Prizes to top 4 in each classs (ribbons, dog food and/or other prizes).

 

Løpsmaske er obligatorisk for alle raser, ref. FCIs regelverk.

Underlaget på banen vil være stubb (slått gress/korn) i lett kupert terreng, lengden vil bli ca 750m og ev kortes ned for de mindre rasene.

Det vil bli mulig å campe på plassen i bobil/campingvogn, Ellers ligger dette område meget sentralt, kun en halvtime å kjøre fra Oslo flyplass Gardemoen, med mange overnattingsmuligheter i grei kjøreavstand til prøveplassen.

Arrangøren forbeholder seg retten til å avlyse eller utsette prøven på kort varsel pga ytre omstendigheter (f.eks. værforhold). Reservasjon for dommerendring.

 

Påmeldingsavgift (NB! Påmeldingen er bindende!):

• Kr 350 per hund (f.o.m. 3.hund med samme eier: 1/2 pris, trekk rabatten selv) – betales til kontonummer 1503 79 67618 og merkes med hundens rase + reg.nr samtidig med påmelding.

Entry fee (Please note that the entry registration fee is binding!):

• Discount: 3rd dog (and additional dogs) with the same owner: 1/2 entry fee (draw the discount yourself when transferring the money)

Ved for sen betaling tilkommer et gebyr på 50% av påmeldingsavgiften. Påmeldingsavgiften refunderes kun ved ikke-godkjent påmelding.

Entry and payment deadline: August 22nd 2018
If the payment is not made within the deadline, an additional fee of 50% of the entry fee must be paid. The entry fee is non-refundable unless the entry is not accepted.

På prøven konkurreres det om:

CERTIFIKAT: Samtlige raser i gruppe 10, samt faraohund, etnahund, podenco- og podengo-rasene i gruppe 5.

CACIL: Samtlige raser i gruppe 10.

Deltagelse: 
Prøven er åpen for alle raser i gruppe 10. Følgende raser fra gruppe 5 kan delta, men konkurrerer ikke om CACIL: Faraohund, etnahund, podenco- og podengo-rasene.
For å kunne motta CACIL må dokumentasjon på oppnådd minst 2. premie (very good) på en internasjonal utstilling etter fylte 15 mnd (ikke juniorklasse), sendes til arrangøren innen påmeldingsfristen går ut/ev være skrevet inn i lisensboken.

Norske hunder skal ha gyldig lisens/lisensmerke for 2018. Lisensmerker kan kjøpes på plass (kr 100). Kun kontant betaling, ikke VIPPS.

Utenlandske deltagere skal levere kopi av stamtavlen ved påmelding/innsjekk. Mail: lurecoursing.avd.ostlandet@gmail.com.
Whippet / italiensk mynde skal være målt ihht. til FCIs regelverk for lure coursing. Tisper med løpetid har ikke adgang til prøveplassen.
Norsk Kennel Klubs regler for vaksinasjon er gjeldende. Samtlige deltagere er forpliktet til å gjøre seg kjent med FCIs, NKKs regelverk for lure coursing og antidoping ved påmelding.

Admittance:
All Sighthounds breeds (group 10) with a valid licence card are admitted. Breeds from group 5 (limited to Pharaoh Hound, Cirneco dell’Etna, Podenco Ibicenco, Podenco Canario and the Podengo breeds) have admittance to participate in international races and Championships, but cannot be given the CACIL qualification. They are eligible for CAC / national champion title. Foreign coursing champions need only one CAC to complete their N LCCH title. A copy of the dog’s pedigree must be handed at check-in or sent by email to the organizer.  Also, together with the registration for the event proof of a rating of at least «Very good», acquired in an adult class at a CACIB show is provided. Without the required proof the CACIL will be awarded to the next dog in the ranking. In all cases, the entry fee has to be paid.

• § 1.10.1 General doping statement (FCI regulations)

All kinds of doping are forbidden.

At any Racing and Lure Coursing events doping tests may be implemented. When a dog owner enters a dog to an event, the owner also agrees that the dog may be tested for

doping. The basics of such doping tests are according to the national rules of the National Organization of the country where the event takes place.

The National Organization that conducted the doping test is obliged to properly inform the owner of the dog and all other National Organizations members of the FCI Sighthound Races Commission about the result of the test.

The FCI International Guidelines about dog doping approved by the FCI General Committee in Vienna, July 2009 are to be taken into consideration.

• § 1.10.2 Dope testing at the events

If there is a suspicion of doping, the event officials, jointly with the veterinary surgeon on duty, may order a doping test. The dog’s owner is bound to make his dog available for this test. If a positive doping case is detected, the owner must meet the expenses.

Liability/Responsibility: According to § 1.11 of the FCI regulations, neither the organizer nor the officials are responsible for injuries incurred by the dog owners, the dogs or the officials. Likewise they accept no responsibility in case of escaped dogs. The dog owner is not responsible if his dog injures another dog during a course. In all other cases the dog owner has the full responsibility for the dog, before, during and after a course.
